What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be before 11:00. If you require a late check out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Does the hotel have parking?

We offer free parking to our customers. Please check in at the front desk to get a parking pass. Note that we have a charging station for electric cars.

Does the hotel offer catering services?

We offer breakfast with the rental of a room, as well as a bar service from 11:00 to 18:00 for our customers who wish to take advantage of our aperitif, wine and cocktail offer. We invite you to discover our cellar built with love and passion.

Is there WiFi available?

We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas of the hotel.

Is the hotel suitable for families with children?

We welcome families in the large suite that can accommodate 4 people (sofa bed) and we offer additional portable beds for children aged 6 and under.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome pets with pleasure. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a pet, there will be an additional charge for renting each room. Please note that specific conditions will also have to be signed upon arrival in order to respect the condition and cleanliness of our premises.

Does the hotel offer facilities for people with reduced mobility?

We do not have access ramps or elevators at the moment, but are working on the possibility of improving this condition for the future.

Do you offer spa or wellness services?

We have a massage and beauty service on site. You will have to inform us in advance if you want to book a treatment with our staff.

What are the hotel's cancellation policies?

We offer a full refund 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations within 10 days or less the full stay will be charged.

Does the hotel organize events or weddings?

We have dedicated spaces for private events and have partners nearby for wedding receptions. Our events team is happy to help you plan your special day.

Do you offer activities or excursions?

We can organize various local activities and excursions, such as hikes, wine tours, and ski days on various mountains in the region. Please check with our front desk for more details and reservations.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and cash payments. For specific needs, please contact our reception.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after departure?

We offer a luggage storage service after departure so you can enjoy your day without a hitch.

Is there a fitness center at the hotel?

We are under construction in our hangar to possibly offer a fitness space to our customers, however this offer will not be available in the first months of operations.

Does the hotel offer everything needed for teleworking?

We have a lounge that allows everyone to settle down in peace and quiet to work. We also have 2 rooms out of 5 which have their own office in order to work in complete privacy.

Is there a concierge service?

Yes, we are available from 9:00am to 4:00pm to help you with restaurant reservations, show tickets, tourist information, and any other specific requests.
